We also offer a wide selection of trendy eyewear styles and eyewear accessories. Terms of Service Agreement This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Eye Focus Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the customer ("Customer" or "you").
By accessing and using our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
1.1. Eye Focus Inc. provides an online platform for the sale of prescription glasses and eyewear products. Our products are available for purchase through our website. Not all products are available in store for immediate dispatch but this will be made known on our site in the description section of said product. Items not in stock are sourced directly from the authorized supplier. Most lenses are on a ‘to order’ basis and therefore require around 14 working days to be dispatched.
2. Use of the Website By using our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the website’s registration forms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
3. Appointments You can request an appointment for services offered in-office through our website. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone.
