Return Policy
WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY
1. Each product includes a one year warranty that covers manufacturing defects (NOT DAMAGED BY ABUSE OR MISUSE).
2. If the frame or sunglass has been broken due to fall or because someone sat on it, warranty will not apply.
3. In order for the warranty to be effective, customers should send the Warranty/Return form properly completed along with pictures of the defective piece (if possible to physically send the piece it is a preferred option). The form should be sent to the mail:info@eyefocusinc.com
4. Once the form is received it will be processed and if the claim is applicable, the replacement request will be generated and provided to the customer.
5. The replacement piece will be invoiced and dispatched. (time of response will depend on the availability of the replacement).
6. If the model is discontinued, the customer can either choose a similar model (with same or minor price) .
7. The defective piece should be sent at the customer's expense to the following address: #15 Lanterns Mall, Hastings, Christ Church, Barbados BB15156
Non-Returnable Items
Prescription lenses and open contact lenses are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
