Delivery Policy

Timeframe

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Once processed, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout:

 Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

 Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

 Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

 

Method

  • Shipping Carriers: We use reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and BPS to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

  • Delivery Locations: We ship worldwide. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

Multiple Shipments

  • Split Shipments: If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

  • Partial Deliveries: If one or more items in your order are out of stock or backordered, we will notify you and ship the available items immediately. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available, at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Prescription lenses and open contact lenses are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 

Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
